Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them throughout this Agreement:

Use of the ovw108 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ovw108 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Any Member found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The ovw108 platform is specifically designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full legal capacity are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ovw108 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on the ovw108 platform, or who are subject to a self-exclusion order on any related platform, are not eligible to re-register during the exclusion period.

To access ovw108 products and services, you must register a Member account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply:

• All information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes an immediate breach of this Agreement.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Any changes to your personal information (including change of address, email, or payment details) must be communicated to ovw108 support promptly.
• ovw108 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a guaranteed right to use the platform.
• Upon successful registration, ovw108 may send a verification communication to the email address provided. Account activation may be conditional upon completion of this verification step.
• Accounts registered using automated means, bots, scripts, or any other non-human methods are strictly prohibited and will be terminated without notice.

ovw108 may, at its discretion, conduct enhanced due diligence on any Member account at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Members are obligated to cooperate fully with such requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ovw108 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ovw108 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your ovw108 account on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any wagers placed, withdrawals requested, or account changes made, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ovw108 support immediately via the contact details provided in Clause 14. ovw108 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.
• ovw108 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on the ovw108 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• ovw108 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the registered Member name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit initiation.
• ovw108 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the Member.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to the Member's wallet within seconds for e-wallet channels (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), subject to the payment provider's processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account held in the Member's own registered name. ovw108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before processing a withdrawal, ovw108 may require the Member to complete KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time) are targeted for processing within the same business day for verified accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.
• ovw108 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of this Agreement.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply. Current limits are displayed within the Member account withdrawal section.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance upon a withdrawal request being submitted.

ovw108 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Imlek (Chinese New Year). The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer carries specific wagering requirements (sometimes referred to as "turnover requirements"), which specify the number of times the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified for that promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
• Where a Member holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds in their wallet, real-money funds are used first for wagers unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. ovw108 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence that bonus offers are being exploited, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between related accounts, low-risk bet hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or any other activity that ovw108 determines constitutes abuse of its promotional program.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ovw108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into an active promotion will have their existing bonus terms honoured unless the modification is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the ovw108 platform. Product-specific rules for sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other game categories are published separately and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets — including Asian handicap (voor bola, meaning goals/points handicap betting widely used in Indonesia), multi-leg accumulators (mix parlay), and in-play wagers — are subject to the ovw108 Sportsbook Rules. Odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted constitute the final odds for that wager unless a manifest error has occurred.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final and binding once confirmed by the dealer and recorded by the game software. Disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the wager; the bet result stands as recorded by the provider's server.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generation systems of the respective game providers. ovw108 has no ability to influence outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed on each game's information page.
• Manifest Errors: If a bet is accepted or a game result is declared due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters, or software malfunction — ovw108 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Member's wallet. This right applies regardless of whether the Member has already withdrawn associated winnings.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available for that wager.
• ovw108 reserves the right to impose individual wagering limits on any Member account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

ovw108 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. Members are encouraged to make use of these tools at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session time reminders that trigger after a specified period of continuous play, prompting a review of time and expenditure.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gaming activity is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion, which suspends access to the ovw108 account for a chosen period (minimum 30 days, maximum indefinite). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the account settings or by contacting ovw108 support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Members of cumulative wager amounts and session duration during extended gaming sessions.

ovw108 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you have reason to believe that a minor is accessing the platform, please contact support immediately. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ovw108 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the ovw108 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Member who identifies a technical error that creates an unintended advantage must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it. Winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports fraud, or any activity intended to influence the outcome of an event on which ovw108 offers markets.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by ovw108.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at ovw108 staff or other Members.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the ovw108 platform are the exclusive property of ovw108 or its licensed content providers and game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ovw108 platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit:

• Reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any ovw108 content or software.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the ovw108 platform.
• Framing, scraping, or indexing ovw108 content on any third-party website or application without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of ovw108 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ovw108 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the ovw108 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account where ovw108 has complied with its security obligations under this Agreement.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, odds, statistics, or any other information displayed on the platform that is sourced from third-party data providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of whether ovw108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ovw108's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where ovw108 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including disputes relating to its formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ovw108 holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ovw108 that cannot be resolved through the ovw108 customer support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating any formal proceedings. For the avoidance of doubt, by accepting this Agreement you acknowledge that you have accessed the ovw108 platform voluntarily and that ovw108 operates under internationally recognized licensing and regulatory frameworks.

ovw108 does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. ovw108 accepts no liability arising from a Member's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

ovw108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, ovw108 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the ovw108 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact ovw108 support to initiate account closure before the amendment's effective date.

The current version of this Agreement, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the ovw108 platform at any given time. Previous versions are archived and available upon written request to ovw108 support.

ovw108 targets a first response to all support enquiries within 90 minutes during peak hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) and within 3 hours during overnight hours. Formal complaints submitted in writing will receive a full written response within 5 business days.
